How Do I Place An Order?​
You can place an order by simply clicking on the add to cart button. An alternative way of placing an order will be to send us a message through Arowana Collectables page.
We will make sure that your all your inquiries will be answered within 24hrs.

Payment & Shipping
Payment can be done through Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer for foreign customers. Local Customers can pay when you receive the ordered item. Usually shipping will take 7 to 30 days depending on the product and location of the delivery. So please do inform us early if you need deliveries to be done in time so your loved ones will receive their items on time.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options
You could choose a variety of secure payment options like Paypal, Wester Union or via Bank Transfer. Customers residing in the UAE can pay cash on delivery once they are satisfied with the item received.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Arowana Collectables. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 3 days of confirmation for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging (where applicable), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credibility.
